I am so delighted to welcome you to our Embodied Awakening group programme starting September 14th 2021 and running through to December 2021.

This page is the place to come for your resources and practices. It will be added to each week to support you with your enquiry and growth between sessions and continue to be available until December 2022.

  • Put the dates and times below in your diary to ensure that you don’t miss anything. As we are a small group your contribution and progress is vital to the whole.

  • If you are not familiar with the practice in Dartington, make sure you know where you are coming to, see information page for directions. We will meet at my practice room and start promptly. It is important that you are on time due to the nature of the adventure we are taking together. You won’t be able to enter late unless there is a prior arrangement or exceptional circumstances.

  • Arrange to bring something comfortable to sit on for in practice sessions, see information page for specifics. Let me know in advance if you prefer an upright chair due to physical needs.

  • If you haven’t already, please urgently feedback your feelings and needs with regards to covid as soon as possible. It is important that everyone in the group is fully on board and not feeling worried about practicalities.

  • Please set up the telegram app on your phone and let me know if you are happy to be part of a group on telegram specifically to share any questions or support with the other members.

  • Please read and complete the confidentiality agreement and forward a copy to me by email.

Please do email me with any questions or comments about the above three stages. I recommend making notes about your initial experiences and anything you notice as you repeat these. Ideally work with this once a day. Even if you are familiar with these exercises it can be really helpful to come back to the fundamentals and follow the videos through a couple of times before doing it on your own.

Confidentiality is very important to me and I am guessing to you. I want you to be free to dive deeply into this experience without holding back. If at any point you have any concerns around this in any way please talk to me.
