In person retreat, Devon UK. Time to rest into and rekindle your innate wisdom.

A powerful 3 day immersion in a beautiful wild Devon. An opportunity for you to nurture and resource yourself and connect with the unseen. We all have fundamental energies that support and sustain us, we do not exist in isolation and yet we attempt to and wonder why we often end up feeling depleted, lonely or overwhelmed. In most modern cultures we learn to tighten around allowing this support. This is an invitation to reconnect and lean into the pleasure and nourishment that these connections and innate support structures bring. We will be engaging with the unseen in its many forms, rebuilding relationships and allowing ourselves to belong. This retreat includes a delicious lunch on both days.
