Embodied Awakening - Group Programme
As many of you will know I have a deep and long-standing connection with beings in spirit who inform my life and my work. I believe that our natural state is to all be deeply resourced and supported by these energies and beings. If you are reading this you are likely highly sensitive person and have at some point experienced the twinkling of these connections. These relationships for me have evolved and deepened over many years from seeing energy in and around people as a toddler, to at the age of 4/5 being aware of spirits who had left their body. In my early teenage years I was approached by various angelic beings and ascended masters to be a conduit for their healing energy. This propelled me to seek out teachers all over the world who understood how to work with these experiences and learn how to navigate choice around how and when to connect in this way. My work continues to be informed and inspired by these connections and i feel passionate about inspiring this innate ability to listen and trust in others. Over the years I have extensively explored and learned how to navigate allowing this depth of unseen support and wisdom in a way that allows me to also be embodied and present in my life and human experience too. I have been sharing these techniques and guiding others through these experiences since 1999.
The momentum for this programme has been bubbling for many years and has been requested on many occasions by clients. I realise that I was resisting bringing these sharings in a more public way as there can be a lot of cultural judgement about this kind of work. Having really deepened into knowing that there is absolutely nothing woo woo or fluffy about the way that I work and grown into not having an attachment to how anyone else responds and more fully accepting what is coming through me ,(Yay) Here we are!
If you are looking to side step your human experience or discomfort and sail away into higher realms, this is not the place for you. If you are looking to playfully and experimentally be guided into deeper connection with different realms of consciousness awareness and connection and integrate those experiences in a very grounded way. If you are longing to find a way to stay in your body whilst bringing through this innate guidance and wisdom. To resource yourself, those around you and the bigger picture of health for our planet with the profound depth, support and joy and richness (bliss!) that comes from reclaiming our innate connection with other beings and realms. Group size- 7 Participants maximum
6 x Dartington, In person deep dive, 12-3pm Tuesday 14th, 28th September, 12th October, 2nd, 23rd November, 7th December 2021
6 x Online, Sharing, 12-1.30pm deepening and integration, Tuesdays 21st September, 5th, 19th October, 9th, 30th November and 14th December 2021
Practices to work with between group sessions, you will be required to submit confidential video feedback on your experiences and will receive direct support and feedback from me between group in person meetings.
£1950, Payment plans available with monthly installments of £487.50 in 4 monthly payments.
By completing this programme you will be eligible to apply to join part 2 that starts April 26th 2022.
